This a replacement Slot-1 shell for the DS, DS Lite & DSi consoles, which is the most used parts of a DS console after the buttons.After repeated use, the slot-1 shell can wear down with the pins being bent and the slot-1 cards cannot connect with the console properly. If you do a lot of DS & DSi repairs, these will come in very handy and wil be used very often.
Take note that these DS & DSi Slot 1 replacements will need to be installed by a professional as they need to be soldered in. These are not intended to be installed at home unless you have previous experience with fine soldering and have the right equipment.
